I had it when I was pregnant w/ E and since I had good blood pressure normally, it would make mine bottom out and pass out randomly, so I told them they could use it if they had to, but to try to not have to. The mag sulfate does the same thing, so while in the hospital, they didn't even want to try it.Mommy A.https://www.blogger.com/profile/00759308843924756718noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4153687719128602455.post-76307814802172277412010-03-24T17:04:07.175-07:002010-03-24T17:04:07.175-07:00I hear you on the just wanting baby out already fe...I hear you on the just wanting baby out already feeling. When I contract like crazy, I feel that frustration as well. I'm definitely not the most patient person. I am in the same boat as well - my cervical length has barely shortened this entire time - but the contractions still continue. I have good days and bad. I did not know about the possibility of a uterine rupture. My doctors never mentioned it to me. I've also never heard of it in my online research. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Have your doctors tried nifedipine (a.k.a procardia)? That has helped me more than the terbutaline. Is terbuteline similar to the brethrine?Mamahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04215603566616745595noreply@blogger.com
